Go boating at Chemballikundu tourism park

June 7 (TravelAndy): South India’s Kerala state has started boating services at the Chemballikundu-Vayalapra-Parappa tourism park in Kannur district from yesterday, said The Hindu.

In the initial phase of the service, kayaks and paddle boats were introduced. These boats will have all safety measures including life jackets.

Apart from the boat jetty, the District Tourism Promotion Council has been entrusted with enhancement of the wharf area, seating arrangement, toilet block and solar lighting to facilitate a visitor’s experience at the park.

The tourism park surrounding the river Chemballikundu is a popular tourist destination.
