January 6 (TravelAndy): Indian budget carrier IndiGo has announced a discount in its domestic network, with an all-inclusive, one way fare starting from INR949.
Tickets can be booked under this scheme till January 7, 2016, midnight, for a travel period of January 31-April 13, 2017, said the airline.

December 18 (TravelAndy): Indonesia’s flagship carrier, Garuda Indonesia, has started the first direct flight between India and Indonesia.
The thrice-a-week flight operates between Mumbai and Jakarta with a stopover in Bangkok on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

November 25 (TravelAndy): Bhutan Air will start a new nonstop flight route between Bangkok and Bodh Gaya in India’s Bihar state, from December 4, 2016.
Twice-a-week flights will operate between Bangkok and Bodh Gaya on Sundays and Wednesdays, said the airline.

The thrice-a-week flights will operate between the two capitals on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, said the airline.
The flight will leave Delhi at 14.25 and arrive in Madrid at 20.20. On its return, it will depart from Madrid at 21.50 and reach Delhi at 11.10, the following day.
This route is set to become India’s first direct air connectivity to Spain.
