Goa launches pedibus tours for visitors
November 2 (TravelAndy): India’s beach state Goa has officially launched ‘pedibus’, a battery operated vehicle, to attract an increased number of tourists to the state, said reports.
A pedibus is a 10-seater pedal-powered eco-friendly vehicle, which has a seating arrangement similar to a dinner table. Music is played inside the vehicle.

Fly into Mandovi river in Goa
January 4 (TravelAndy): Goa is set to start sea plane and helicopter services for tourists from January 6, said reports.
During the first phase, tourists will be able to board the sea planes from Dabolim airport and will be directly flown into Mandovi and Chapora river.
Goa tourism will also connect Dabolim airport to various helipads including Aguada, Old Goa and Canacona. Private helicopter services for tourists are scheduled to begin from January 15. Continue reading Fly into Mandovi river in Goa
Amphibious vehicle in Goa this Oct
September 2 (TravelAndy): Tourists visiting Goa in October are in for more excitement as Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) plans to launch India’s first amphibious vehicle service in the river Mandovi from October.
The vehicle would be able to carry 32 passengers at a time. It will ferry both in land and in the river. Goa officially will become the first state to make amphibious vehicles available for tourists and civilians, The Times of India reported.
