Seabourn cruise line to serve premium caviar to guests
Seattle (TAN): Seabourn cruise will serve premium quality caviar on board its five ships, beginning in the next few months.
The cruise line, in culinary partnership with chef Thomas Keller’s caviar company Regiis Ova, plans to offer decadent caviar to luxury travellers. Guests will get a taste of Siberian Reserve caviar, cultivated in a family-owned farm in Uruguay’s San Gregorio de Polanco.

Free room service ends for Carnival Cruise Line guests
Miami (TAN): We all pretty much know there’s no free lunch, but no free room service? Now, that’s heartbreaking! Carnival Cruise Line has recently announced it will end complimentary room service on its ships, from mid-January this year.
The company’s senior cruise director and brand ambassador John Heald revealed on his Facebook page that they would shift to a fleetwide a la carte stateroom service menu, while keeping prices nominal at USD2 to USD5 per item.

British Airways to fly from London City Airport to Croatia
December 24 (TravelAndy): British Airways has announced a new route from London City Airport to Split in Croatia, which will start operating next year.
The airline has planned to connect the Croatian city to the Docklands airport with three flights a week during the summer months of June through September.
While British Airways already operates flights between Heathrow Airport and Split, flights from London City Airport to Croatia will be introduced for the first time.
Luke Hayhoe, general manager commercial and customer, British Airways, said they have been looking at new route and additional frequency possibilities with the arrival of their new aircraft next year, and that it was a natural addition to the summer leisure schedule.

Norwegian Cruise Line announces enhancements to meet demand
July 26 (Notintown.net): Norwegian Cruise Line has announced enhancements to its 2019 and 2020 itineraries to leverage the strong global demand environment in highly sought after destinations.
Norwegian Joy will join sister ship Norwegian Bliss sailing seasonally in Alaska in summer 2019 and will offer Mexican Riviera and Panama Canal voyages in winter 2019/2020.
