TruJet plans bus service for passengers
July 17 (TravelAndy): Hyderabad-based budget-airline TruJet plans to pick up its flyers from their hometowns and ferry them to the airports.
The airline, which will start regular flights on the Chennai-Rajahmundry route from July 25, plans to start this service for small towns in and around Chennai, Salem and Coimbatore.
“We are yet to decide which towns to connect by road. But we want to bring people from Puducherry to Chennai airport by road. Godavari Kumbh Mela begins
July 14 (TravelAndy): Godavari Pushkaram, touted as the Kumbh Mela of South India, begins on Tuesday. The festival takes place every 12 years.
The “mela”, meaning fair, will be celebrated in the two South Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It will continue for 12 days.
