March 30 (TravelAndy): Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has decided to launch the daily direct flight between Denmark’s Copenhagen and Boston in the US.
SAS becomes the first airline to operate direct flights from Scandinavia to Boston.
It is scheduled to be a round-the-year service, with flights departing daily from Boston and Copenhagen.
This is the airline’s ninth direct route to the United States of America.
SAS, the largest airline in Scandinavia, plans to operate about 500 flights between Boston and Copenhagen, this year.
SAS is part of the Star Alliance, of which Air India is also a member.
