The Hong Kong-based airline plans to operate two flights a week on this route.

If the government green-lights the plan, Dragonair will become the first airline to fly on this route.

“Japan has long been a popular destination among the Hong Kong travelling public and this new service will cater to the growing demand for both leisure and commercial traffic,” Dragonair CEO Algernon Yau said.
