The flight, spanning more than 15 hours, will be managed by 14 crew members and four pilots, all of whom are women.

The flight will depart on March 6 and return on Women’s day, March 8.

“It will be a historic flight and the longest to be operated by all-women crew,” Air India CMD Ashwani Lohani told The Times of India.

India’s flagship carrier, Air India operates all women flights on every Women’s day, since 1985.
