November 2 (TravelAndy): Rajasthan is wooing tourists with a tour of its majestic forts and monuments by night for those who do not like to go around during the day in the hot desert state.

The tour has been introduced in Jaipur and the INR450-per-person programme takes place between 6.30pm and 10.30pm.

The fare covers sightseeing and a vegetarian dinner at Nahargarh Fort. However, the night tour does not let tourists enter the monuments but see only the front view.

The monuments covered under this trip are Raj Mandir Cinema Hall, Statue Circle, Amar Jawan Jyoti, Vidhan Sabha Bhawan, Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir), Albert Hall, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Kanak Virndavan, Amber Fort and Nahargarh Fort.

  1. When it is really hot it is a nice trip.. But I still would go in the day time to really see the monuments! The Amber Fort is put in full light at night so that gives you also a great picture!!
