IndiGo to fly Chandigarh-Dubai from Sept 26

August 4 (TravelAndy): Indian low-cost airline Indigo is set to start a new international  route between north India’s Chandigarh city and Dubai, from September 26.

Daily non-stop flights will operate on this route. Incidentally, this wil be the first international flight to operate from Chandigarh airport.

The airline is offering an inaugural return fare of INR9,999.

“We are excited to provide an international connection from Chandigarh which has been a long standing request from the people of city,” Aditya Ghosh, IndiGo president was quoted as saying.
